A Social Media App for FPV drone pilots
About the project
Kwadklub is a social network app for FPV (first-person view) drone pilots designed as the final project for our UX/UI Bootcamp at Ironhack. The work was developed in collaboration with Ligia Fascioni and Marcele Mendes de Oliveira. During our User Research, we found that FPV pilots needed a platform to be part of a supportive community as they wanted to find good spots and people to fly with. The solution was to develop a search feature where these pilots could discover in their location not only places and like-minded people but also events around them and the media (photos and videos) posted by other pilots in specific places to inspire them. A project made with a lot of committment and dedication.
